Returns Policy
We want you to be satisfied. This is why we offer a hassle-free refund policy.
You may return new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. If you find that your item is defective you may also return your item for an exchange or refund within 14 days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world.
Nearly all orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of receipt.
Orders are shipped from our store in Northern California, USA.
Shipments in the USA are shipped via USPS 1st class mail or Parcel Post. You should expect to receive your item within 3 to 7 business days.
Shipments to Canada, Europe, & Australia are shipped via USPS 1st class International Mail. Canadian orders generally reach our customers in 1 to 2 weeks. For Europe & Australia your order will generally arrive within 2 to 3 weeks.
Shipments can be made to any country in the world via the faster Priority Mail International.
Customs and Duties
We are not responsible for any duties or customs fees that might be imposed on shipments that are sent to customers outside the United States. We declare the value of the items you buy (not including shipping costs) on the normal customs forms.
Sales Tax
We ONLY collect sales tax for orders shipped to California. We assign the default rate of 8.25% on orders shipped anywhere within California.
