The Storage Rack is equipped with a testing meter which displays the remaining battery life.  This meter can be used while in the rack or may be removed for hand-hold use.  It does not require internal batteries to operate.   The tester can test AAA, AA, C, D, & 9 volt batteries.  It even can test small watch size batteries.

The storage rack contains openings designed to fit each size battery.  The appropriate sizes are shown directly on the rack.  There is also a drawer located at the top of the rack for storing small button batteries.
